The firm will be demonstrating a selection of booklet making, laminating and perfect binding technology at the show, which runs from October 11th to 13th at the International Centre in Telford.

Paul Attew, sales director at Watkiss, comments: “Exhibitions like The Print Show are the perfect opportunity for us to meet with customers, demonstrate our technology and respond to their print finishing needs.”

Set to feature on Stand G-08 at The Print Show 2017 is the Watkiss PowerSquare 224 system, which features full bleed trimming and dynamic auto-adjustment to produce perfect stitching and book quality regardless of sheet count. Visitors will be able to see the machine producing colour stitched booklets at the event.

Another highlight on the Watkiss booth will be soft and hard cover perfect bound book production on the Lega 420 perfect binder. The manufacturer says that this solution delivers “near-PUR binding strength at a fraction of the price”.

In addition, visitors will be able to see first-hand both single- and double-sided lamination on the automatic Plasti 350XP laminator and the table top Plasti 330.

Attew adds: “We’re focused on helping our customers finish their output on-demand, on-time and on-budget.”
