Intec says its new ColorFlare CF700 lamination and foiling solution is an “ideal” entry-level option

The ColorFlare CF700 is available in either desktop or floor-standing options as a lamination and foiling solution, while the ColorCut FB600 is a flatbed cutter for packaging and labels work.

Intec has billed the new ColorFlare CF700 as an “ideal” entry-level machine for gloss and matt lamination, over-printable soft touch lamination, metallic and coloured foiling, and also holographic effect films.

Features on the device include semi-automatic paper feed with Intec’s patented gap control system, an integrated tension control and de-curling device, auto cut lamination of up to 1.5m guillotine-reading sheets per minute, and an automatic burst separation system.

Meanwhile, the ColorCut FB600 is a dual tool flatbed cutter that offers users the ability to cut and crease in a single unit.

ColorCut Flatbed cutters deliver digitally cut; card, paper, synthetics and labels of any shape, direct from your desktop

Product features include pneumatic vacuum suction of media, a tangential cutter that cuts films and card up to 450gms, optical registration to accurately follow vector cut lines, and also the ability to cut straight from a desktop, on demand.

In a statement, Intec says: “ColorCut Flatbed cutters deliver digitally cut; card, paper, synthetics and labels of any shape, direct from your desktop.

“The pneumatic vacuum hold-down table secures media in place, whilst the integrated optical sensing system provides accurate registration of media, ensuring crisp, accurate cut lines.”
