Founded in 2021 by industry veteran Matt Hanley, WTWO Search works to match talent from across the print, packaging, and graphic industry with opportunity.

Hanley says: “I’ve personally been a supplier to the industry for over ten years, but late last year I branched out alone and created MTWO Search. The UK Graphic Awards was our first event as a business, and I’m chuffed that this year we are coming back as a sponsor of the Rising Star Award.”

The award recognises the achievements of people fresh to the industry who joined three years ago or less, and is applicable to manager and colleagues alike.

Dan Tyler, founder of the UK Graphics Awards has known Matt for almost a decade. He says: “He introduced me to the world of wide-format when I joined him as a junior recruiter in the industry, so to be able to be a part of his first year in business and support him in getting his name in front of our brilliant audience is a real honour.

“Matt’s passion for attracting more young blood into the industry is needed now more than ever. I really don’t think there could be a better business to support this particular category.”

Hanley adds: “The industry has been in growing need of new blood, new talent for years, so for us to sponsor this award, that recognising those newcomers into the industry, is truly an honour.”

The award winners will be revealed at the 2022 UK Graphic Awards gala dinner on October 5th at the Hilton Deansgate, Manchester.
