Konica Minolta U.S dealers honoured

Over 100 Konica Minolta dealers have been recognised for their exceptional customer and product support at a special presentation.

145 Konica Minolta dealers have received recognition for their customer and product support

In order to receive the 2017-2018 Pro-Tech Service Award, companies must complete strict training and servicing criteria to ensure they comply with the level of customer and product service standards expected by Konica Minolta.

Random inspections of Konica Minolta products were carried out at customer locations to ensure products were well maintained and to find out whether customers are satisfied with the level of service they have received.

Describing the award, the firm says: “The Pro-Tech designation identifies dealers with exceptional dedication to delivering professional, reliable service and maximum performance for Konica Minolta’s award-winning lines of digital imaging products.”

The Pro-Tech program is a rigorous process, and Konica Minolta recognises and appreciates their exceptional commitment to customer support and satisfaction

When assessing candidates, criteria such as management skills, inventory control systems, technical expertise, dispatch systems and customer satisfaction ratings are considered.

Sam Errigo, executive vice president, sales and business development at Konica Minolta says: “Congratulations to all our dealers for this outstanding achievement. The Pro-Tech program is a rigorous process, and Konica Minolta recognises and appreciates their exceptional commitment to customer support and satisfaction.”

The 145 recipients were celebrated at the print manufacturer’s annual dealer conference on March 5th, 2019 at Newport Beach Marriott Resort and Spa in California.
