The Titanium 0912 B1 automatic digital cutter-creaser has been launched at The Print Show 2022

Taking place in Hall 17 of the NEC, The Print Show is running from September 20th to 22nd and will see exhibitors from all corners of the print industry showcase their latest products and services.

The Titanium 0912 is aimed at the short run packaging and prototype markets with materials typically cut by the machine ranging from paper and card to thin plastics, foamboard, and corrugated board.

Offering a maximum cutting area of 900 x 1200mm, the cutter-creaser also features automatic material loading and unloading. Four station tooling comprises of an electronic oscillating tool, drag knife, kiss cut knife, and a creasing wheel.

Maximising automation, the Titanium can automatically load and cut 200 B1 sheets. QR code recognition also enables three B3 sheets to be loaded simultaneously for several functions in the same pass without stopping.

Peter Flynn, managing director at IGS, says: “Digitally cutting any shape, the Titanium 0912 is the ideal solution for the lucrative prototype, short run packaging and digitally cut labels market with no requirement for costly cutting dies.

“Priced at £34,000+VAT which includes delivery, installation, training and twelve months’ parts and labour warranty makes for a quick return on investment. This will be of great interest to anyone involved in the packaging and point-of-sale industry I’m sure.”
