‘Three Card Trick’ event from SOS, GMG and Vivid
SOS, GMG, and Vivid are partnering up for an Open House Event on Sept 6th and 7th

The event will take place at Vivid’s showroom in Ashby De La Zouch and will run from September 6th to 7th
Taking place at Vivid’s showroom in Ashby De La Zouch, Vivid, SOS, and GMG Color will be partnering up for the ‘Three Card Trick’ open house event from September 6th to 7th.
The event will see a range of wide-format print produced on Roland DG’s TrueVIS print and cut machines supplied by SOS, driven by GMG’s colour control and workflow software.
Samples will then be cut, folded, and laminated on Vivid’s VeloBlade range of equipment with visitors able to take home a finished product – a souvenir boxed deck of laminate playing cards.
Included in the lineup of Roland machines on show will be the TrueVIS LG-540 UV-LED print/cut machines; the TrueVIS AP-540 54” printer using resin inks; and the TrueVIS VG3-540 all-purpose eco-solvent printer.
This range of technology will mean a variety of work can be produced from packaging mockups to backlit prints, posters, banners, and even wallpaper. Visitors can request specific demonstrations when registering for the event.
GMG Color’s software solutions will also be demonstrated on the day with the offering enabling accurate and reproducible proofs on packaging production substrates, incorporating white inks.
Held at Vivid’s HQ, the day will also offer visitors the chance to experience the manufacturer’s entire range of print finishing equipment from lamination, digital foiling and packaging software to digital die-cutting and its patented taping system.
