Antalis hands key packaging role to Whitcombe
The Antalis Packaging arm of Antalis has appointed Ian Whitcombe to the role of product manager.

Whitcombe takes on the new position having previously served as national key account manager at Antalis and will bring more than over 20 years’ experience and knowledge of packaging to the role.
Antalis says the appointment comes at a key time for the business, in view of the ambitious growth plans the company has for its packaging business.
“After more than 20 years in sales, I wanted to share the knowledge I have accumulated, and this is a perfect fit with my new role,” Whitcombe says.
“Antalis has ambitious plans for the next five years, for example its e-commerce range of packaging is growing all the time, and I am excited to be part of a team that is providing innovative packaging solutions to meet the challenges facing the packaging industry today.”
John Garner, head of innovation and design at Antalis Packaging, adds: “With his extensive sales experience and understanding of the packaging market, Ian is an invaluable addition to the Purchasing team, which is continually exploring and opening new markets.
