Kyocera Document Solutions Europe Management will debut the TASKalfa Pro 55000c at drupa 2024.

The brand-new cut-sheet inkjet press will be unveiled in Europe for the first time having been revealed at the Printing United Expo 2023 in the US and Japan.

Capable of printing on offset coated paper, the press is aimed at applications such as photobooks, catalogues, books, and magazines that require high image quality.

Takuya Marubayashi, president of Kyocera Document Solutions Europe Management, says: “We are thrilled to be debuting the TASKalfa 55000c at drupa 2024. Our brand-new cut-sheet inkjet solution is set to revolutionise the world of graphic arts with its versatility, sustainability, productivity, and efficiency.”

Other solutions on show will be the TASKalfa Pro 15000c which has been successful since it was launched in November 2019.

Kyocera will also introduce the inkjet print engine of Kyocera Nixka Inkjet Systems, a France-based inkjet print engine and system manufacturer of Kyocera Group.

Under the concept ‘Small footprint, big potential’, the manufacturer says it will reveal capabilities in inkjet technology that enable users to “realise new possibilities in the commercial and industrial printing markets”.

According to Kyocera, this concept represents its approach to product development: compact product design, environmentally friendly product development, and cost efficiency.

“We encourage attendees to visit our booth at drupa to learn how Kyocera can be your business partner in production print,” Marubayashi adds.

Drupa 2024 will take place from May 28th to June 7th in the Dusseldorf Exhibition Centre, Germany.
