Management buy-out at Glossop Cartons
UK carton board packaging manufacturer Glossop Cartons has announced the completion of its management buy-out, headed by former sales director Wayne Fitzpatrick.

Glossop Cartons was founded in 1982
Fitzpatrick will head up the new management team as managing director of the business, with David Bartlett serving as head of operations, Simon Boden head of supply chain and business improvement, Clare Beswick head of HR and Matthew Clarke head of sales.
Jacky Sidebottom-Every and Brian Sidebottom, former joint managing directors, of Glossop Cartons, will continue as consultants to the business.
“This buy-out is the next chapter for Glossop Cartons and it is an incredible opportunity for a stellar management team to further develop the business and take it to the next level,” Sidebottom-Every says.
“We’d like to thank Wayne for buying the company - we are delighted that it will remain independent and managed with the same values that have stood it in great stead for the last 39 years.”
Andrew Baggot from Clarke Nicklin oversaw the buy-out of the business, which was established in 1982.
