Duplo UK’s record profits of £500,000 will be used to fund the firm’s future growth schemes
Customer engagement schemes, improved training initiatives, and stronger investment in industry-wide programmes are some of the ways Duplo will use its revenue as part of a larger expansion plan.
Managing director of Duplo UK Peter Jolly says: “It’s been a fantastic team effort that has resulted in an exceptional year for every division of our business. The dealer and reseller division has seen the biggest growth, but there have also been record numbers of service contract sales and product sales.”
This latest revelation comes after a number of recent customer-focused initiatives from Duplo, including the launch of the Duplo owners’ club and a fundraising campaign in collaboration with PrintIT!
Jolly concludes: “We have been listening to our customer base and will be making further investments in servicing, training, particularly for young people and graduates, as well as wider initiatives for the future prosperity of our industry.”
