RISO outlines ongoing commitment to The Print Show

Debbie Callaghan, marketing manager of RISO UK, has cited the success of the firm’s appearance at previous editions of The Print Show as the main reason for the company signing up to exhibit at the event again this year.

RISO is yet to confirm its plans for The Print Show, but one piece of kit that could feature is the ComColor GD 9630

For 2017, The Print Show will switch to the International Centre in Telford and take place from October 11th to 13th. The event has once again attracted a large number of exhibitors, including companies that featured at previous shows and some that are appearing for the first time.

RISO has been a staunch supporter of The Print Show since its inaugural edition and will return this year hoping to achieve more success.

“RISO was one of the first major manufacturers to sign up to The Print Show back in 2015, and it proved to be quite a success for the company,” Callaghan says, adding:  “Footfall was good, and many of the visitors to our stand were there for a good reason. We expect to build on this for 2017.”

The Print Show has proved to be successful for us and we are delighted to support this key industry exhibition again this year

Callaghan went on to say that RISO values the UK market very highly and the annual Print Show plays a key part in its strategy.

“The UK market is important to RISO, especially with the growing use of cutsheet inkjet printers in the production print sector,” she says, adding: “In general, the print sector in the UK is continuously evolving and it’s an exciting time to be in the industry. Therefore, it makes sense to have an annual print show for the UK market and for us to take a stand there.

“The Print Show has proved to be successful for us and we are delighted to support this key industry exhibition again this year.

“We are still in the planning phase but we can confirm that new products, which have not yet been seen in the UK could well be making an appearance.”
