Quadgraphics, which purchased a single tower Duplo 600i Booklet System, also went home with a new Epson printer in the show’s grand prize draw
The 2016 edition of the show ran from October 11th to 13th at the NEC, attracting more than 140 exhibitors, with visitor numbers significantly up on last year.
Finishing specialist Duplo exhibited for the first time and was able to complete a series of sales, including a Duplo DC-646i system to print healthcare specialists Jones & Brooks and a single tower Duplo 600i Booklet System to commercial printer Quadgraphics.
In addition, Duplo’s PFi DI-CUT 300 die cutter, which had its official UK launch at the show, proved a hit, with the model on the stand being sold.
The show has certainly lived up to expectations”
Sarah Crumpler, Duplo UK marketing manager, says: “The show has certainly lived up to expectations. We’re delighted at not only the quality of leads, but the real interest in our market-leading systems that have provided the perfect opportunity for UK printers to come and get their hands-on with live application printing.
“All our systems are designed to enable customers to work smarter, faster and more efficiently.”
