Ricoh Europe will demonstrate its technologies through an immersive feature: HENKAKUVERSE

Hall 8A, Booth A21-1 – A21-2

Through an immersive booth experience, Ricoh Europe will highlight new ways its solutions can help printers expand their business at drupa 2024.

Based on HENKAKU, the Japanese term for transformational innovation, Ricoh Europe will use the immersive booth to demo its digital printing solutions.

Included in the lineup will be the RICOH Pro Z75 B2 sheetfed digital inkjet press aka ‘the Dragon’. This press is the first B2 perfecting (auto-duplexing) sheetfed inkjet platform using aqueous ink and is said to accelerate the shift from offset to digital.

Also on show will be ‘the Happy Eagle’, the RICOH VC80000 digital colour high-speed inkjet webfed press for commercial, book, and direct mail printing; and ‘the Jaguars’: the 135ppm RICOH Pro C9500 digital colour sheetfed press and the RICOH Pro C7500 five-colour digital sheetfed press.

Ricoh Europe will also showcase its software solutions including the new RICOH TotalFlow Producer SaaS solution; the award-winning RICOH Auto Color Adjuster for colour management; the RICOH ProcessDirector automated end-to-end workflow management system; and RICOH Supervisor.

Koji Miyao, president of the Ricoh Graphic Communications Business Unit, Ricoh Company, says: “Ricoh is set to showcase, with our broad range of market defining technologies, how we can partner with print production specialists and empower them to enhance their offering and drive growth.

“Our fast growing portfolio will present an array of revenue-generating applications supported by our own developed printhead technology. Our intelligent vendor agnostic software solutions will provide ways visitors can ensure efficient and resource-saving operations in their own production environments.”

Miyao adds: “These technologies will help print-service-providers unleash the spirit of co-innovation today. Co-innovation is the shared journey to value generation with Ricoh as the partner to futureproof their business for tomorrow.”

These technologies will be dramatized by an immersive theatre experience at the centre of Ricoh’s booth in the form of the HENKAKUVERSE.

Drupa 2024 will take place from May 28th to June 7th in the Dusseldorf Exhibition Centre, Germany.
