Kornit Digital has further underlined its commitment to sustainable, on-demand textile production with updates to its Atlas MAX offering and a new direct-to-film (DTF)-like solution.

Described as the “new standard for the industry”, the Atlas MAX PLUS is an all-in-one system for decorated apparel that can run up to 150 garments per hour. The machine now incorporates smart curing, flexible pallet sizing, and automated calibration.

An enhancement for the MAX PLUS, Kornit has also previewed its Kornit MAX Transfer which it describes as “one of the industry’s first industrial solutions tailored for direct-to-film printing”.

Described as “one of the industry’s first industrial solutions tailored for direct-to-film printing”, MAX Transfer can produce hundreds of impressions per hour without using powders.

During the press conference also Kornit revealed that its direct-to-garment Apollo solution has successfully ended its beta testing and is now ready for market. Following the beta period, one customer has already placed an order for six new systems.

At the co-locating Sportswear Pro, Kornit is demonstrating its Atlas MAX POLY printer with Orion Smart Curing; and the Presto MAX featuring “brilliant white printing on coloured fabrics”.
