The Horizon StitchLiner Mark III was installed at the start of 2022
A Horizon StitchLiner Mark III, with a bleed creaser and a Horizon HOF-400 high speed feeder, was installed at the start of the year by Horizon’s distributor IFS, while a Muller Martini Primera high speed stitcher was installed in June to replace a Muller Martini Bravo.
Craig Berresford, manufacturing director at Pureprint, says the new kit has strengthened Pureprint’s in house offering by providing faster, more productive and more efficient production rates.
He also says overall speed to market has improved, giving clients a faster turnaround time, which is key for the business.
“Our new Horizon StitchLiner Mark III has been a fantastic success with the machine running on a 24-hour continental shift pattern,” Berresford says.
“It’s helped us to fulfil our general commercial work and has increased our capacity in web to print work. The Muller Martini Primera has improved our productivity rates dramatically, in turn increasing our speed to market for clients.”
