FESPA Global Print Expo is set to open in Germany, running across eight halls at Messe Berlin from May 6th to 9th, 2025.

Featuring the co-hosted European Sign Expo, and Personalisation Experience, FESPA will welcome over 550 confirmed exhibitors from over 36 countries, already surpassing exhibitor numbers from last year’s event.

At the exhibition visitors will have the opportunity to see the latest products from a line-up of international players in the speciality print space who will demonstrate the latest trends in sustainability, print on demand (POD), and intelligent automation.

Of the exhibitors, a reported 18% are returning exhibitors who were not able be present at the 2024 event in Amsterdam, while another 17% are first-time exhibitors.

Among the returning exhibitors will be Canon, which will showcase its latest solutions at the show after an absence from the 2024 event.

Other printing manufacturers already confirmed for the event include Agfa, Durst, Epson, Fujifilm, HP, Mimaki, and Ricoh.

Over 100 exhibitors have been confirmed for European Sign Expo 2025. Visitors to the co-located event can expect to discover developments shaping the future of the signage and visual communications industries.

The Personalisation Experience will highlight the latest software for customisation design and production automation, with exhibitors including Antigro, Kit Builder, Konfigear, ip.labs, and XMPie.

Michael Ryan, head of FESPA Global Print Expo, comments: “This year’s events are set to be a pivotal platform in 2025 for our global community.

“We’re delighted to be back in Berlin, a vibrant and creative destination, which, given its history, is ideal for hosting FESPA and its co-located events. Eight halls full of inspiration and innovation await professionals from the speciality print market, where they can discover a plethora of on demand technologies for specialist print applications.”

A full list of exhibitors as well as information on how to attend the core event is available on the FESPA Global Print Expo website, with additional websites available for European Sign Expo 2025 and the Personalisation Experience.
