Direct mail marketing agency, Webmart, has announced a major charity donations milestone, which was revealed as part of its 2024/25 impact report

Print-focused marketing agency, Webmart, has donated over £1m to charity, helped in large part by its community and charitable cash pot (CCCP) scheme.
Webmart’s CCCP is refilled each financial year, taking all of the company’s unearned income for the year such as interest earned or rent from office spaces and donating it to registered charities.
Last year, Webmart gave donations to 49 organisations including Plunkett UK, Barnsley Food Bank, Oxfordshire Wildlife Hospital Appeal, and Berwickshire Marine Reserve.
As well as its charitable work, Webmart has launched a number of initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impact. This includes its EcoMetrics carbon calculator tool, which is designed to allow its customers to calculate, mitigate, and offset their marketing carbon footprint.
In its 2024/25 impact report, Webmart’s chief executive officer, Kelly O’Sullivan, says that the company’s charity work is part of its “do good, be good” ethos, saying: “I couldn’t be prouder of how far we’ve come or more excited about where we are heading next.
“We continue to challenge ourselves to do even better for our people, our partners, and the planet. Watch this yellow space, we are just getting started.”
The impact report also highlights how the company has cut its operational carbon footprint by 30% in the 2023/24 financial year, which is all part of its steps towards its science-based targets initiative (SBTi).
The SBTi is a global collaboration aiming to allow companies and financial institutions to set greenhouse gas emissions targets in line with the Paris Agreement climate treaty, aiming to limit global warming to 1.5°C.
Webmart appointed O'Sullivan as its new chief executive officer in May 2024, taking over from Richard Boon, who transitioned to an advisory role after 18 years with the company. O'Sullivan, who started in the role of account manager in 1998, previously worked as Webmart's chief operating officer.
O’Sullivan recently presented a learning award, sponsored by Webmart, at the BPIF Members’ Day in London. The award, which honours the memory of former BPIF chief executive officer, Kathy Woodward, went to Holly Chatterton, a print technician at Go Print.
