Keith Goodridge, who has worked in the print industry since 1970, has recently celebrated his 40th anniversary working at litho and digital printer, LT Print Group

Keith Goodridge, the operations director for litho and digital printing company, LT Print Group, has recently celebrated his 40th anniversary working at the company.
Goodridge began his print career in Liverpool, working as an apprentice printer for the West Africa Shipping Company in 1970, where he supplied manifests and documentation for the port during its peak trading years.
After the company became part of Unilever's corporate structure, Goodridge remained within the operation as it supported commercial print requirements across the UK and Europe.
Further restructuring then led Goodridge to seek a new opportunity, becoming a production manager at InstaPrint, a small Hamilton Street print business with six employees. He reportedly played a key role in helping InstaPrint transition into a commercial print provider.
He then helped integrate clients and staff from the former Unilever print division and supported the acquisition of three additional print companies, forming the foundation of what would later become LT Print Group.
Over four decades, Goodridge has overseen the introduction of CMYK technology, expansion into digital print, development of the finishing department, and major operational improvements at LT Print.
Reflecting on his achievements, Goodridge says: “A lot has changed in print over 40 years, but the principles of quality, trust, and teamwork remain the same. Looking back over my career, it’s the people and the progress that stand out.
“When I joined the business printing was slower and more manual, but we had the same attention to detail we have today. Technology has transformed what’s possible, but quality still depends on the care you put in. I’ve been lucky to work with a team that takes that responsibility seriously, and that’s what keeps LT moving forward.”
LT Print Group managing director, Andrew Whyte, who took over the business in 2024, adds: “Keith’s dedication to both our team and our clients is a huge part of what makes LT Print what it is today.
“Forty years of continuous service is a remarkable achievement and reflects the values we’re proud to uphold – consistency, commitment, and care in everything we do.”
