UK print providers, Jamprint and Visual Print, have joined forces in order to increase the capacity of both businesses and provide more competitive pricing

Swindon-based litho and digital print provider, Jamprint, has announced its acquisition of Visual Print and Design, a commercial print and design company based in Lincoln and Glasgow.
According to a statement from Jamprint on LinkedIn, the acquisition aims to bring together “two like-minded print companies,” thereby strengthening Jamprint’s expertise and allowing it to “continue delivering high quality print solutions with the same trusted service our customers expect.”
Graham Hunstone, previous managing director of Visual Print, has joined Jamprint as its commercial director following the acquisition and merger of the two companies.
According to Hunstone, the deal will provide Visual Print’s customers with more competitive pricing, increased capacity, and continued investment, as well as a range of additional equipment including B1 litho presses, wide-format machines, and an expanded line of in-house finishing and binding equipment.
In a personal post on LinkedIn, Hunstone adds: “Most importantly, the same team in Lincoln that you know and trust is still here, helping you get the very best from your print and marketing requirements.
“I’m staying actively involved as commercial director of the group, working closely with both teams to grow the business and continue delivering the service we pride ourselves on. It's an exciting time ahead for myself and the business, so watch this space.”
Jamprint was founded by Jason Miles in 2008 when he acquired the commercial print arm of charity fundraising services provider, The Woods Group (now Woods Valldata), after previously working there as a director.
Jake Fortune officially took over the role of managing director at Jamprint from Jason Miles in July 2022, having previously served as sales director, though Miles remains an active director of the company.
Jamprint's current fleet of presses includes a HEIDELBERG Speedmaster 102 SP litho press, a HEIDELBERG B3 two-colour perfector, and two Konica Minolta C6085 A3 digital presses. Wide-format solutions include an Epson SC80600 eco-solvent roll-to-roll, a Fujifilm Acuity Prime 30, and a Mimaki UJV55-320 UV-LED printer along with a Vivd Veloblade Nexus router.
