Friedheim announces UK sales partnership with Digibook

Friedheim International, a UK supplier of print finishing, converting, and binding solutions, has secured exclusive sales representation rights in the United Kingdom for Digibook’s range of production and finishing equipment.

Digibook Technology is a Swiss manufacturer specialising in automated bookbinding and finishing equipment for the digital printing industry.

Digibook solutions are designed to perform all phases of book manufacturing in house, including perfect binding, endsheet and backlining, layflat binding for photobooks, three-side trimming, case making, and casing in.

With the new exclusive Digibook partnership, Friedheim will enhance its portfolio with a range of digital and short-run bookmaking machinery designed for on-demand and digital print workflows.

Howard Cherry, national sales manager for finishing solutions at Friedheim International, says: “We are thrilled to represent the Digibook range exclusively in the UK.

“This partnership reinforces our commitment to equipping printers with best-in-class technologies that enable profitable short-run and book-on-demand production.”

Digibook machinery will be available for demonstration, sales, and UK installations through Friedheim’s national sales and service network. Customers will be provided with installation support, training, and after-sales service, backed by Friedheim’s technical team.

Last month, Friedheim was also appointed as the exclusive UK sales representative for Sun Automation Group, a global leader in corrugated converting, automation, and material handling systems.

In addition, in October 2025 Agfa appointed Friedheim International as a UK reseller for its hybrid, flatbed, and roll-to-roll printing solutions, with a specific goal to target corrugated and display producers.
