Fujifilm reaffirms long-term commitment to industrial inkjet

The managed print services assets of insolvent technology provider, Ethos, have been transferred to Aurora, including its existing staff and customer base
Aurora Managed Services has announced the acquisition of the managed print services (MPS) assets of technology and business services firm, Ethos.
Ethos is a UK-based provider of MPS and business services headquartered in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. The purchase includes Ethos’ MPS business assets, staff, and contracted customer base.
The acquisition by fellow UK MPS provider, Aurora, follows the news that Ethos was taken into administration on March 3rd. At the time of its 2026 administration, the group employed over 600 professionals and served approximately 6,000 customers nationwide.
The purchase aims to ensure that Ethos’ customer base will continue to benefit from the MPS services and support they are contracted to, which will now be provided by Aurora.
Robin Stanton-Gleaves, chairman at Aurora, says: “This is another significant acquisition by Aurora as we continue to invest and grow our managed services business.
“It is also a very important development for the many organisations who were contracted MPS customers of Ethos. They can now depend on the Aurora business to continue to deliver the managed services they need for their organisations, as well as benefitting from access to the full portfolio of managed services Aurora can provide.”
Aurora has confirmed that MPS operational staff formerly employed by Ethos will transfer across and become employees of Aurora with continuous employment.
The acquisition follows other purchases by Aurora including workplace technology solutions provider, Right Digital Solutions, in September 2025 and managed print solution provider, Blue Sky Digital, in December 2023.
