WBC and Premier Paper acquire Transpack

Wine Box Company will adopt the Premier Paper Group green colour to better align itself with the wider business

Wine Box Company (WBC), a major supplier of gift, wine and transit packaging to the drinks, deli, and hamper trade, has unveiled a refreshed brand identity to align itself closer with the wider Premier Paper Group.
The new-look WBC will adopt Premier’s distinguishable green brand colour, with this replacing its existing red colour scheme.
According to WBC, the brand refresh will position it within the Premier group as a specialist in packaging and will support a more consistent and unified visual identity. It added that the new-look branding will be introduced across all customer touchpoints, including digital platforms, marketing materials, and product communications.
WBC also stressed that the switch would have no impact on its products, services, or day-to-day operations, adding that customers should expect the same service as prior to the move.
“This rebrand is more than a visual change. It reflects our commitment to the group’s long-term vision for packaging,” explains Simon Wright, managing director of WBC.
As part of its commitment to the packaging sector, WBC will also launch a new showroom to help demonstrate its capabilities and expertise in this area.
Located within its Crawley branch, the Packaging Showroom will incorporate an ‘Innovation Studio’ that focuses on bespoke products and packaging solutions, with the aim of showing customers how they can further develop their own offering to access new revenue streams.
On-site will be a CAD table to support sampling, with customers able to explore materials, discuss requirements, and collaborate on packaging solutions with expert teams. WBC adds that the showroom will be available for bookings only.
Wright adds: “Alongside investments such as our new Innovation Studio, we are strengthening our ability to deliver more innovative, solution led, bespoke support that helps our customers grow, while continuing to deliver the quality and service they expect from WBC.”
