Roland DG launches TrueVis MG2 series

Hardware and business solutions provider, Konica Minolta, has announced today the launch of a new addition to the AccurioLabel Series – the AccurioLabel 231. The printer is catered to small and medium-sized label converters and will make its UK show debut this month at The Print Show in the NEC, Birmingham.
Konica Minolta says the new press has been designed to help businesses improve profitability, increase productivity, and reduce waste thanks to a combination of “digital versatility”, automation, and high-quality output.
The new press bolsters Konica Minolta’s label press portfolio which includes the AccurioLabel 400 which is made for mid- to high-volume applications, and has achieved 2,000 installations worldwide.
The AccurrioLabel 231 has been made with improved colour registration accuracy at a full production speed of 23.4m/min with a print resolution of 1,200 x 2,400dpi.
Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) has confirmed that the new press, which has been initially installed at the company’s UK Customer Engagement Centre in Houghton Regis, will make its UK live event debut at The Print Show at the end of the month.
The company is exhibiting on Stand P410 in Hall 1 of the NEC in Birmingham from September 29th to October 1st, where Konica Minolta will have the press in full production mode alongside an array of other solutions, offering visitors the chance to ask questions and check out samples from the press.
The company says the press has been designed with the operator in mind, with an intuitive workflow system as well as the optional Intelligent Quality Optimizer (IQ) which streamlines production by automating quality control and optimisation tasks in real time.
