The Print Show will be marking its tenth anniversary this year

With just over one week to go until The Print Show and co-located The Sign Show, the countdown is on as the NEC prepares to welcome thousands of visitors for three days of innovation, inspiration, and industry insight.

From September 29th to October 1st in Hall 1 of NEC Birmingham, professionals from across the print, signage, and related markets will have the opportunity to explore and experience the very latest technologies and industry developments.

The Print Show will be marking its tenth anniversary with what has been billed as the most diverse selection of exhibitors in the event’s history. Fujifilm, Agfa, Konica Minolta Business Solutions UK, Hybrid Services (Mimaki), swissQprint, CMYUK, Vivid Laminating Technologies, Plockmatic, and Zund UK are just some of the companies attending this year.

Meanwhile, the co-located The Sign Show, taking place for a second consecutive year after a successful debut in 2025, will also play host to some of the biggest names in the market. This year visitors can look forward to seeing HP, Roland DG, Epson, Soyang Europe, Graphtec GB (Mutoh), Perfect Colours, Quality Print Services, Signwaves, and Resolute DTG in the hall.

Chris Davies, event director for The Print Show, says: “We’re now just over a week away from what promises to be a very special edition of The Print Show, particularly as we celebrate the event’s tenth anniversary.

“The response from exhibitors and visitors has been fantastic, and the breadth of companies joining us this year really reflects the strength and diversity of the markets we serve.”

Speaking about this year’s event in more detail, Davies adds: “With The Sign Show returning alongside us for its second year, visitors can expect to see an impressive range of technology, products, and solutions across the hall, as well as plenty of opportunities to learn, network, and discover new ideas. There is a real sense of excitement building, and we’re looking forward to welcoming everyone to the NEC.”

Gain Valuable Insight on Market Trends and Business Opportunities

While new technologies and products will be the main draw for visitors this year, The Print Show and The Sign Show will once again be playing host to a series of special features, each designed to shed light and offer insight into key topics across print and signage.

The Knowledge Zone, the longest running feature at the events, will return with an extensive line-up of expert speakers from all corners of the market. From sustainability and business growth to AI and robotics, there will be something for visitors from all backgrounds this year.

Also returning to The Sign Show is the Traditional Sign-Making Masterclass, where attendees will be invited to get involved and try their hand at some of the most treasured crafts in signmaking. David Mearns of Signmode will once again lead this area, offering guidance and tips to those in attendance.

On top of this will be no less than four new feature areas. Among these is Print Masterclass Live under the leadership of The Online Print Coach, Colin Sinclair McDermott, which will allow visitors to book in for specialist coaching and advice sessions with some of the leading minds from the world of print.

Also new this year is the Print Show Podcast Booth, where attendees can catch a glimpse of live sessions of their favourite print podcasts. Situated near the centre of the hall, the booth will be hosting podcasts throughout the show, with Jack Gocher of Eye on Display overseeing the programme.

Meanwhile, a new addition to The Sign Show is the PPF Knowledge Hub, offering visitors insight into the exciting world of paint protection film. Those in attendance can speak with experts from Avery Dennison, All Print Supplies, and SPACE Architectural Interior Films to find out more about the opportunities in this market, as well as see live vehicle wrapping demos.

Finally, The Sign Show will also play host to The BSGA Route, a brand-new feature developed in partnership with the British Sign & Graphics Association (BSGA). This independent feature will offer expert guidance and facilitate valuable industry connections throughout the show.

Davies says: “There is so much happening across both shows this year, and we really want visitors to make the most of everything on offer.

“Whether you’re looking to invest in new technology, explore new areas of business, learn from industry experts, or simply catch up with colleagues and make new connections, there will be plenty to see and do over the three days.”

The Print Show and co-located The Sign Show will run from September 29th to October 1st in Hall 1 of the NEC in Birmingham. Click here to register for free and gain access to both events.
