The print and communication divisions of Integrity Communications Group have consolidated under the Integrity Connect banner, with the goal of providing a unified range of services within a single customer proposition

Integrity Print and Integrity Connect, two commercial divisions of the Integrity Communications Group, have united under a single brand.
Integrity Print, which offers high-volume print production including in the corporate, housing, and security sectors, and Integrity Connect, which provides outbound mailing, hybrid mail platforms, data management, and secure digital communication technology, will now operate as a unified business, referred to simply as Integrity Connect.
The new structure, which became official on October 5th, aims to reflect the joined-up way in which the two businesses already support many customers while making it easier for organisations to access its range of print and communication services through one trusted partner.
Based out of a 16-acre production site in Midsomer Norton, Somerset, the unified company brings together commercial print, personalisation, finishing, mailing, fulfilment, and communication technology within a single customer proposition.
Richard Maunder, sales and marketing director at Integrity Connect, says: "Customers increasingly want one trusted partner that can support the complete communication journey, from print and personalisation through to mailing, fulfilment, and wider communication solutions.
“Bringing Integrity Print and Integrity Connect together under the Integrity Connect brand makes that breadth of capability clearer and easier to access, while retaining the service, quality, and reliability our customers expect."
First established in 1917, Integrity’s print division supports over 80 UK housing associations with mail and managed print services. Across the broader Integrity Communications Group parent company, the business reportedly employs over 350 staff, with recent reports estimating that around 120 of those work specifically in the print division of the group.
