Lincoln and Glasgow-based company, Visual Print and Design, has raised much-needed funds for Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance.

The company raised close to £350 by donating a portion of December profits along with funds raised by staff and customers at the Lincoln Santa Fun Run in December 2022.

The donation will help the vital work of Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, one of the UK’s leading Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) Charities, respond to life-threatening missions.

The charity doesn’t receive any funding directly from the Government, meaning it has to raise £8m in 2023 to deliver its life-saving services.

Rachael Hunt, head of marketing and business development at Visual Print and Design, says: “Each December we donate a portion of our profits from the month to a charity chosen by the team and for Christmas 2022 we chose Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance. With it being the charity’s busiest year on record, it means a lot that we’ve been able to support them."

Tanya Taylor, head of Corporate, Community & Events at Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, adds: “We are incredibly grateful for the fantastic support from all the team at Visual Print and Design. No one wakes up thinking they will need the help of the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, but with our crews on call 365 days of the year, our highly skilled doctors, paramedics, and pilots are there to help people involved in life-threatening incidents every single day.

“This donation helps keep our helicopter in the sky and our critical care cars on the road, giving patients the best chance of survival, thank you so much.”
