C&T Channel Matrix has extended its range of stripping machinery equipment from Mito
C&T Channel Matrix has announced it has now extended its offering of technology by Italian manufacturer Mito to the UK and Ireland.
Since C&T began selling the PlayMatrix 4.0, over 50 machines have been sold offering time savings and accuracy to box makers and large users of creasing matrix.
The new offering from C&T is the T-Rex stripping machine which has been described as a “game-changing solution” for the corrugated board industry.
Automating the stripping process, the waste stripping machine with a chain offers faster, more efficient, and less labour-intensive production.
Available with two teeth sizes (9mm standard and 3mm for complex work), the hardened teeth chain technology accelerates the removal of waste material from corrugated boards.
The key takeaway from this new technology is the significant reductions in downtime and enhancements to productivity. This high-speed capability removes bottlenecks in the production process and offers higher quality finished products.
Another feature is the reduction of the risk of errors and inconsistencies with minimal maintenance required.
