IPIA sets date for key networking event
More than 130 print professionals are expected to attend the IPIA Annual Networking Lunch on June 18th in Birmingham
Held between February 12th to 15th, the event will showcase the company’s packaging solutions
Fujifilm has announced it will be hosting a Packaging Open House event at the UK beta-site of its new Jet Press FP790 digital flexible packaging press.
The event takes place between February 12th and 15th, with one day set aside for press and media, while the other three days are for brand owners as well as prospective customers. The showcase is set to take place at Eco Flexibles in Northhampton as the business is the first installation of the Fujifilm Jet Press FP790 in the UK.
Manuel Schrutt, head of Packaging at Fujifilm EMEA says: “In the past year, there have been a number of very exciting developments to our packaging portfolio, with the launch of the Jet Press FP790 a particular highlight.
“Following very successful events at interpack and Labelexpo this year, we are looking forward to sharing the very latest developments and of course the groundbreaking Jet Press FP790 in action live for the first time in Europe.”
The open house will feature a workshop led by Europe’s first Jet Press FP790 beta customer which will share its experiences working with the press and its wider partnership with Fujifilm.
As well as this a range of digital and analogue solutions will be on display as well as workshops around topics such as the future of inkjet technology and presentations from company partners Nordmeccanica, Infigo, Kenkel, Hybrid and more.
Schrutt concludes: “At Fujifilm we are digital, we are analogue, and we are sustainable, and the innovations across our packaging portfolio in 2023 have really underlined our commitment to all parts of the sector.”
