Graham Hunstone, managing director of recently acquired print provider, Visual Print & Design, has been hired as head of partnerships by fellow UK printer, Solopress
Print Monthly is pleased to officially announce its new editorial team following a busy year of exhibitions and the launch of its new website

The Print Monthly in-house team has had a refresh following the departure of Carys Evans who was editor of Print Monthly for over three years.
David Osgar will now be taking over the role of editor from Evans, who has worked for Print Monthly for nearly six years and held the role of editor since 2021.
Having held the role of online editor for over three years, Osgar has experienced the full breadth of the print industry post-pandemic through his news writing, features, specials, excursions, and video coverage.
Speaking about the role, Osgar says: “It’s a privilege to take over the role as editor at Print Monthly after so many key players in the industry have come before me. It’s certainly bittersweet as me and Carys have worked so closely together experiencing many industry events together. I can’t wait to see what she does in her new role and look forward to showing our new journalist the ropes.”
An exciting new addition to the team following the change of editor is Jonathan Pert joining Print Monthly as its new multimedia journalist. Pert is new to the print industry but has a strong background in writing and videography.
Pert will work with Osgar and Print Monthly’s feature writer Rob Fletcher to continue bringing engaging news, features, specials, and our signature video items to provide insightful and though-provoking content.
Speaking about joining the team, Pert says: “I am really excited about starting my new role at Print Monthly. I have already been welcomed with open arms by the industry at this year’s Print Show, which was a great opportunity to meet experts from across the sector.
Pert adds: “I have long had a desire to move into journalism, and this makes my aspirations a reality. Filming and editing for the Print7 and Sign7 online channels will also be a great opportunity to utilise my filmmaking background.”
Following a busy Print Show and a newly launched website filled with new sections and easy-to-access pages, the team will continue to explore the best ways to communicate with members of the print industry whether that be online, in-person, or in print.
Speaking of Pert’s appointment, Osgar says: “It’s been fantastic working with Jonathan so far and I know he’ll be an asset to the team as demonstrated by his interest and enthusiasm. I look forward to working together on new and existing ideas with Rob Fletcher as well as the rest of the Print Monthly team!”
