Global software company for print and packaging, eProductivity Software (ePS), has acquired Tharstern Group
Global software company for the print and packaging industries, eProductivity Software (ePS) has announced that it has acquired UK-based Tharstern Group.
Tharstern Group is a management information system (MIS) software provider serving customers in the UK but also in the Republic of Ireland, North America, Australia, and South Africa.
According to ePS, the addition of Tharstern to its portfolio furthers its inorganic growth strategy and pursuit of delivering greater value to customers and the industry.
Gabriel (Gaby) Matsliach, chief executive officer of ePS, comments: “We are excited to welcome Tharstern’s customers and talented employees to the ePS family. We will continue to support Tharstern’s existing customers with the same enthusiasm they have come to expect.
