Begbies Traynor has appointed joint liquidators of C Print Media, a small Essex-based business which has started the process of voluntary winding-up
C Print Media, an Essex-based print company, has gone into liquidation following a general meeting involving creditors on January 23rd, 2025.
An Essex branch of Begbies Traynor based on London Road, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, has been listed as the company’s current registered office, a change from previous addresses in Billericay and Brentwood.
At the January 23rd meeting, a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution for the company to be wound up voluntarily was passed. Louise Donna Baxter and Wayne Macpherson of Begbies Traynor were appointed joint liquidators of the company to act together or independently when needed.
The liquidators were appointed by members and creditors, with the Special Resolution being signed by C Print Media’s director and chair of the meeting.
C Print Media has operated since 2011 with the average number of employees reported in 2023 being two. For the year ending September 30th, 2024, the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 when concerning small businesses.
The company’s unaudited financial statements show that assets had dropped by around £10,000 between 2023 and 2024. C Print Media’s recent financial position shows amounts of over £12,000 owed to creditors.
