HP has announced a strategic multi-year global partnership with Canva, a visual communication and design platform used by creators, businesses, and influencers to create a range of content.
The collaboration aims to benefit both HP Print Service Providers (PSPs) and the Canva community by enabling anyone to design and print within a fully integrated system which can enable users to design and print anywhere which HP says will not compromise quality or authenticity.
Cliff Obrecht, Canva co-founder and chief operating officer, says: “This partnership will deliver huge strategic value and fuel customer growth across both organisations.”

The partnership means Canva users will have access to HP PSPs across the world. Canva is planning to expand its print service to 150 countries by 2026 which it hopes will enable shorter turnaround times and significantly reduced carbon emissions due to operations taking place locally.
Canva will also make use of HP’s automation software, HP PrintOS Site Flow which will automate production and shipping processes for PSPs.
Chris Knighton, global sales director, HP Industrial Software, says: “Canva is leading the way in empowering global teams to collaborate and create high-impact visual content at speed. HP PrintOS will accelerate onboarding and ramp up of new print volume to our integrated network of HP Print Service Providers, delivering the widest range of print to Canva users in every corner of the world”
The deal will also mean HP will implement the newly released Canva Enterprise, a subscription option created for large organisations.
Haim Levit, senior vice president and division president of HP Industrial Print, comments: “This announcement with Canva is a testament to HP's commitment to partnerships of this magnitude. We've been incredibly impressed by the power of Canva Enterprise and look forward to boosting our teams.”
