Koru Media has officially acquired the assets of Link Publishing and Link Exhibitions in order to further develop and strengthen the brands of both companies

In an exciting announcement for the future of the publications, Koru Media has officially been announced as the new owner of Print Monthly and SignLink, along with The Print Show and The Sign Show, which was previously owned under Link Exhibitions.
The acquisition includes the key publishing titles, digital platforms, event brands, and associated intellectual property previously operated by Link Publishing and Link Exhibitions.
As part of the transaction, all employees have transferred to Koru Media, ensuring continuity of expertise, relationships, and day-to-day operations. The businesses will continue to be run as they have been previously, with existing teams, brands, and customer relationships remaining in place.
Koru Media Limited will integrate the acquired assets including The Print Show, The Sign Show, Print Monthly, and SignLink into its structure while maintaining the identity, focus, and market positioning of each brand.
Martin Tingle, manager director at Koru Media, says: “We are pleased to welcome the Link Publishing and Link Exhibitions assets into the Koru Media portfolio. These brands are well respected in their markets, and this acquisition aligns with our strategy to build high-quality, specialist media, and events businesses with strong communities at their core.”
Commenting on the acquisition, Page Tuck, owner and founder of Link Publishing and Link Exhibitions, says: “This acquisition represents a positive next chapter for the Link Publishing and Link Exhibitions’ brands. Koru Media shares a strong understanding of our markets, and we are confident the businesses and their teams are well placed to continue developing and investing in the brands we’ve built over the years.”
Discussing his role at the company, Tuck adds: “It’s been fantastic to grow these brands over the past 30 plus years; however, this gives me the chance to step back and hand over the reins to new owners and the existing team.”

Chris Davies, event and sales director for The Print Show and The Sign Show, says: “This is a hugely positive development and will support both shows as they continue on an upward trajectory. The Print Show will celebrate its milestone tenth anniversary this year, while The Sign Show is returning after a hugely successful debut in 2025. Working with Koru Media, we will continue to evolve the two events for the benefit of exhibitors, visitors, and the wider UK print and signage markets.”
Commenting on the acquisition, Paul Ryder, media director at Datateam Business Media, adds: “This acquisition is very positive news for the sign, digital, and print markets. By working closely with the industry, it will enable us to better understand market needs and to plan and deliver solutions that support the sectors development in the years ahead.”
According to Koru Media, further announcements will be made in due course regarding brand development and future plans.
