The Print & Packaging Think Tank, a network for print and packaging industry directors and senior leaders, will now rebrand to The Director’s Forum

The Print & Packaging Think Tank has rebranded and will now be known as The Directors’ Forum.
The forum, which is hosted by the British Printing Industries Federation (BPIF), aims to provide an exclusive network for print and packaging industry directors and senior leaders. On the BPIF website, the forum is referred to as “the most influential network in print.”
The industry forum meets for dinner, drinks, and conversation three times a year, with each event also including a keynote speaker discussing topics including cyber, AI, marketing, and legislation.
New member of The Directors’ Forum, Andy Pond, who is managing director of Formara Print & Marketing, says: “Joining the BPIF Directors’ Forum in 2025 allowed me to meet with senior figures in print to share our experiences, knowledge, and thoughts on the state of the industry in an informal setting.
“Understanding the challenges that we all face and collaborating with like-minded people is invaluable to both myself and Formara in general. I'm looking forward to the lively and informative discussions planned for 2026.”
Pond, who became managing director of Formara in 2023, was recently invited to a reception at 11 Downing Street hosted by Chancellor of the Exchequer, Rachel Reeves, following a previous visit of Formara’s facilities by member of parliament (MP), David Burton-Sampson.
Charles Jarrold, chief executive of the BPIF and host of The Directors’ Forum, adds: “The Directors’ Forum meets three times a year, bringing together a curated group of business owners, founders, and chief executives from across the print industry.
“It offers a unique opportunity for business leaders to discuss current topics, share insights and expertise, and strengthen relationships. Held over a relaxed and enjoyable dinner, the BPIF organises the event and hosts a keynote speaker who provides thought-provoking insights to spark stimulating conversation throughout the evening.”
