Antigro Designer is set to launch drupa’s first community art project, #WeAreDrupa

Print personalisation and customisation software developer, Antigro Designer, is set to launch a community art project at drupa.
Titled #WeAreDrupa, the initiative invites visitors to Hall 7 to scan a QR code and take a selfie. This selfie will then be turned into a cutout sticker of their face using Antigro’s new Sticker Builder software solution for custom die-cut stickers.
Once a Roland DG VersaSTUDIO BN2-20 has printed the ready-made stickers, participants can collect them and place them alongside fellow drupa visitors on the #WeAreDrupa banner wall.
Participants are then encouraged to share their experience on social media, spreading the word about the real-time community art project across the show.
Marcin Majda, chief executive officer and co-founder of Antigro Designer, says: “Antigro Designer is all about showing that with the right technology, customising and personalising print products can be easy, fast, and fun. That’s why the #WeAreDrupa experience is the perfect project for Antigro and our innovative Sticker Builder tool.”

Founder of Print Media Centr and ‘intergalactic ambassador to the Printerverse’, Deborah Corn is partnering with drupa for its drupa next age forum, championing new talent and up-coming businesses within print.
Corn, who will help to spread the word about the #DrupaNextAge initiative, adds: “To every individual making the trip to Dusseldorf, whether for one day or eleven days, as a visitor or exhibitor, you are the reason that this event is so special.
“When you add us all up and bring us all together, that’s when the magic happens, and #WeAreDrupa is the manifestation of that magic. Being a part of this project and sharing the experience is a way of immortalising your place in the drupa 2024 community.”

Echoing Corn’s thoughts, Sabine Geldermann, director of drupa says: “The drupa team and I are so excited to see this community focused project blossom.
“When we say ‘we create the future’, the ‘we’ is every person who exhibits, attends, or participates in drupa in some way as we all play a part in shaping the future of the print industry, so to see the drupa community celebrated and memorialised in this way is something extraordinary.”
Also demonstrated on the Antigro Designer booth will be its Print Customizer cloud-based print personalisation service and its DTF Gang Sheet Builder tool. Visitors can also experience the ‘Try & Buy’ initiative, sampling Antigro customisation software for free by designing a custom shape pillow.
