IPIA sets date for key networking event
More than 130 print professionals are expected to attend the IPIA Annual Networking Lunch on June 18th in Birmingham
Hubergroup will feature across four events and three stands at drupa Touchpoint Packaging

Under the motto “Creating the future of packaging together!”, hubergroup Germany will host four events across the drupa Touchpoint Packaging forum as well as exhibit its solutions across three stands.
On Friday, May 31st, Thomas Polster, manager of business development, brand owner, and global key account manager of hubergroup will host a panel discussion at 2pm on the Touchpoint Packaging forum. Polster will discuss the challenges and opportunities of flexible paper packaging printed in web offset.
On Sunday, June 2nd at 11.45am Korbinian Steigenberger, junior product manager at hubergroup will discuss the topic “Inside the Box – Direct Food Contact”. Steigenberger will present new opportunities for brand owners to make their packaging more attractive whilst meeting sustainable demands.
Patrick Hübel, director of global product and color management at hubergroup will present the third talk on Tuesday, June 4th at 4.30pm. Hübel will present the licenced hubergroup Digital Colour Communication (HDCC) system and show how to create the visualisation of colour templates digitally.
On Thursday, June 6th at 4pm Dr Lars Hancke, manager of business development for Flexible Packaging at hubergroup, will present “Recyclable Printing Ink Solutions”, shedding light on the role of printing inks in material recycling.

Hubergroup will also feature across three exhibitor booths: Koenig & Bauer (Hall 16, Booth A31-1-A31-5) where it will present its MGA portfolio including the MGA NATURA fast-strike sheetfed offset series designed for safe food packaging printing.
The company will also feature on the Expert S.r.l booth (Hall 14, Booth D-50) where it will present its water-based packaging ink solutions and on the Comexi stand (Hall 10, Booth C-19) where it will present its solvent-based packaging ink series Gecko Bond Top.

Drupa 2024 will take place from May 28th to June 7th in the Dusseldorf Exhibition Centre, Germany.
