PrintFM, the first global internet radio station dedicated exclusively to print, will be hosted live on the show floor of The Print Show 2025

The Print Show has announced a collaboration with PrintFM, the first and only global internet radio station dedicated exclusively to print and graphic communications.
Broadcasting now at printfmradio.com, PrintFM delivers interviews, discussions, live broadcasts, educational programming, and event coverage featuring leaders and fresh voices from around the world of print.
PrintFM celebrated its recent launch with a special live broadcast yesterday (August 14th). The station is hosted by Deborah Corn, founder of media company, Print Media Centr, and Girls Who Print, a global non-profit supporting women in the industry.
Corn will host the radio station live throughout The Print Show in a dedicated space in Hall 3 of the NEC Birmingham, marking the first time the radio show will broadcast live from a UK trade event.
Corn will host daily programmes and lives updates from the show floor, covering key topics such as new machine launches, investments, and new partnerships.
Explaining the concept behind the radio station, Corn says: “PrintFM is more than just a radio station, it is the soundtrack of print.
“We have built a platform that delivers the insight of prominent and new industry voices, the stories of print innovators, and the energy of events directly to anyone, anywhere in the world. Tune in anytime, whether you are at home, at work, or on the go.”
Aside from PrintFM, Corn will be taking part in the final speaking session of The Print Show’s Knowledge Zone, titled: ‘Why Print is an Attractive Career Prospect for Women.’ During the talk, she will draw on her experience from her role as executive director of Girls Who Print, providing advice and encouragement to other women in the industry.
Chris Davies, event and sales director for The Print Show, adds: “This is an incredibly exciting initiative for the print industry.
“The Print Show, and our new sister event, The Sign Show, are very much about supporting innovation in print. PrintFM is one of the stand-out developments of the year, and we look forward to participating in the station’s first live broadcast from an industry event.”
PrintFM is sponsored by materials manufacturer, Domtar, and print software solutions provider, XMPie, the latter of which is exhibiting at Stand P330 of The Print Show for 2025.
Speaking about the sponsorship of PrintFM, Ayelet Szabo-Melamed, vice president of marketing at XMPie, says: "XMPie is excited to support PrintFM, the first 24/7 internet radio station dedicated to print.
"This bold new initiative has huge potential, and we are proud to be part of its growth from day one. We believe in sharing knowledge, elevating voices, and connecting people across the industry.”
The Print Show returns from September 23rd to 25th at Hall 3 of the NEC in Birmingham, after a successful 2024 event that reported record sales.
Scheduled to run for the first time in 2025, The Sign Show will also take place alongside The Print Show this year. The co-located event is being billed as the UK’s “annual dedicated sign expo”, pledging to establish a show focused on signage solutions alongside print.
Those wishing to attend the exhibition have been encouraged to register online.
