Live demonstrations of SaaS platform, frontline.io, will be held at drupa 2024 in AR (augmented reality), VR (virtual reality), and MR (mixed reality) on the frontline.io booth and in collaboration with partners.

Described as “revolutionising the way leading global hardware manufacturers offer technical training and support”, frontline.io enables the creation of accurate, interactive digital twins.

These digital hardware recreations solve issues around operational efficiencies, recruitment, and training.

HP (Hall 17, Booth A01-A06), Landa Digital Printing (Hall 9, Booth A33-1-A33-9), and Bobst (Hall 10, Booth B30-1-B30-3) will all offer frontline.io-powered digital twins of their products and will be showcasing the training and services benefits on their booths.

According to frontline.io, these companies and others are reporting a 70% increase in the efficiency of their remote troubleshooting with call times reduced and fewer engineers needing to be dispatched.

Frontline.io digital twins can be created for parts catalogues, system workflows, operational functions, troubleshooting procedures, and more. Customers can then choose to enable cross platform interaction, cross reality experiences (AR, VR, or MR), and cross use case requirements, which is referred to as the ‘C3’ offering.
