The Printing Charity has opened ticket sales for its Annual Luncheon event, offering print industry members the chance to network and reunite ahead of the Christmas period.

This year’s event, the 196th Annual Luncheon hosted by the charity, will take place at Plaisterers’ Hall in central London on November 13th.

The move to a new, larger venue at the very centre of the City of London is designed to provide more people with the chance to attend the event and spend time in the company of the print community.

This year’s keynote speaker is former prime minister, Theresa May, the Printing Charity’s 2025 President.

May, who was elected to the role in February 2025, is the second woman to hold the position for The Printing Charity since its name change in 2010, following fellow conservative, Nicky Morgan, in 2024.

Neil Lovell, chief executive officer of The Printing Charity, says: “We’re really proud to host this annual event to bring people in our industry together, to provide a forum to share the current opportunities and challenges facing the sector, as well as to celebrate industry successes and the impact that The Printing Charity has had supporting people since the start of the year.

“By choosing to hold this year’s Luncheon in a larger venue, we are responding to the challenge we’ve had in recent years where we’ve had more people wishing to attend than places available. We also recognise that more people will wish to come to hear from the former prime minster as our keynote speaker, and very much look forward to hearing what she has to say.”

The event will begin with a drinks reception at midday and include drinks reception with canapes, a three-course meal with wine, coffee, and petit fours, concluding at roughly 3.30pm.

Those wishing to attend the drinks can book tickets via The Printing Charity website.
