FESPA has outlined its FESPA Future corporate vision, detailing its goals for the future and how it will support its members and the wider sign and graphics industries

The Federation of European Screen Printing Associations (FESPA) has outlined its new corporate vision, dubbed FESPA Future, which details how it aims to inspire, connect, and support its community beyond its global exhibitions.
FESPA has kickstarted the launch of its strategy by releasing its FESPA Future manifesto, which provides predictions on the evolution of its community and highlights the elements which it will focus on investing in.
Among the core focuses of the association will be its 37 global member associations, educational programmes, youth engagement, and digital transformation.
Key highlights in the manifesto, which was made officially available on June 10th, include details of FESPA’s collaboration with its new Thought Leadership partner, Keypoint Intelligence.
FESPA’s also highlights its commitment to sustainability, including its ISO 20121:2012 certification for sustainable event management, with environmental goals being a key focus for the future.
The launch of its new charity initiative, The FESPA Foundation, is another key focus, along with a range of other grassroots initiatives that the association has launched or supported which aim to give back to communities in need.
Rounding up the focuses of FESPA Future is a series of education and engagement programmes designed to inspire the next generation of print professionals. These programmes are coupled with regional association-led programmes across 37 countries.
Speaking about the industry trends of the last five years, Neil Felton, chief executive officer of FESPA, says: “2025 marks five years since the Covid-19 pandemic, which had a seismic impact on the FESPA community and the world at large.
“The years since have been a period of recovery and rebuilding, and businesses have focused on stabilising, reviving revenue streams, and regaining commercial momentum. For most, it’s been ‘survival mode’, and for FESPA, it has inevitably been a time for us to concentrate on our global event business.”
Discussing FESPA’s goals for its members moving forward, Felton adds: “Five years down the line, we see now as the ideal time to galvanise our community with a refreshed and positive vision towards a prosperous future.
“Our FESPA Future manifesto highlights to the world how we’re continuing to support our global community, helping them to thrive, be empowered by knowledge, and maximise opportunities. We will continue to lead with purpose and by example to ensure the speciality print sector continues to flourish.”
