We detail a small sample of the exhibitors which will be at the PRINTING United Expo later this month, including new kit releases and North American debuts

The annual PRINTING United Expo heads to Orange County Convention Center in Orlando from October 22nd to 24th. With more than 800 exhibitors across a one million sq ft space, attendees are set to see numerous product launches, first-in-North America debuts, and new experiential show floor activations.
Here, we detail a small selection of the exhibitors you can see at the show, include those presenting debuts of new technology at the trade show.
Epson has hinted at a new SureColor printer that will be debuting at PRINTING United 2025.
The print press manufacturer has stated that visitors to its booth will be the first to experience the debut of a new solvent solution that the company says will “unlock maximum productivity.”
The new machine will be unveiled alongside the new SureColor S9170 and SureColor S7170 64-inch printers, with demonstrations taking place throughout the event.
Espon’s first dedicated direct-to-film (DTF) printer, the SureColor G6070, will also receive its North American debut. The press has been developed to offer generous print width, ease of use, minimal maintenance, and consistent print quality, allowing users to scale up production and print oversized graphics, supporting those looking to embellish a wide variety of materials.
Epson’s stand will also include a variety of dye-sublimation, UV flatbed, and hybrid direct-to-garment (DTG) and DTF solutions. The company is aiming to “demonstrate printing technology that helps our customers work more efficiently, broaden their offerings, and remain competitive in an evolving industry.”
Epson can be found on Booth 3970 of PRINTING United 2025.

Hybrid Software will showcase a wide range of new prepress automation tools and upgrades at PRINTING United 2025, many of which will be making their US debut.
These innovations focus on using artificial intelligence (AI) and powerful new rendering technology to accelerate workflows, manage colour, and enhance design accuracy for packaging production.
Among the debuts is the tech company’s CLOUDFLOW Colorspace, a software solution designed to ensure precise colour reproduction across diverse printing technologies and substrates.
The Matches AI software will also get its US debut. The AI-driven application searches for and identifies similar print jobs produced in the past to help ensure fast and error-free production of new jobs.
Other Hybrid technologies at the show will include the recently launched PACKZ 11, which features new PACKZ Max technology.
Uniquely built on Hybrid Software and Harlequin RIP, and designed for flexo plate creation, PACKZ 11 is designed to deliver instant RIP previews in a PDF prepress editor, enabling real-time screening quality control, sharp details, smooth gradients, and consistent colour.
Packzimizer, an automated ganging and lane planning tool for digital label printing, will also be demonstrated. The tool is designed to optimise layout, minimise waste, and improve press efficiency, and can be automated as a module of the CLOUDFLOW workflow automation suite.
Hybrid Software will be on hand to discuss its full range of technology on Booth 3610 of the exhibition.

Banner and textile finishing solutions manufacturer, PLASTGrommet, will showcase the latest additions to its wide-format finishing automation range at PRINTING United Expo 2025, including the North American debut of three of its newest technologies.
Among these will be the All In One Edge, which offers the same integrated welding, grommeting, and cutting capabilities as PLASTGrommet’s flagship All In One banner finishing machine, but targeting the entry-level market, opening up the possibilities of finishing automation to mid-volume wide-format printers.
PLASTGrommet’s Hybrid TexWiz will also be on show at PRINTING United. Built on the company’s All In One platform, the new Hybrid TexWiz integrates a sewing module to enable automated sewing of hems along with grommeting and cutting of airmesh fabric banners.
This enables hybrid finishing automation for print shops simultaneously producing PVC and textile-based banner products.
Rounding up the North American debuts is the FlexiPress hand press. Building on the HPS025 model for grommeting PVC banners, the brand new FlexiPress enables businesses to use both brass and clear grommets on a single hand press.
PLASTGrommet will demonstrate the new solutions alongside a full portfolio of finishing technology on Booth 2866 of the show.

Cutting machine manufacturers, Kongsberg and Multicam, will join forces at this year’s edition of PRINTING United, demonstrating a range of cutting-edge solutions including North American and exhibition debuts.
Chief among these is Kongsberg Entro, which is making its global exhibition debut. This entry-level cutting solution is designed to deliver precision, quality, and durability for small volume outfits, while combating more rigid applications such as corrugated plastic, acrylic panels, and plywood.
The new Entro 24 model has been developed to deliver enhanced performance while maintaining user-friendly operation and reliability.
The Kongsberg Ultimate cutting table will also be on show, which has been engineered for the needs of display and corrugated producers. Innovations in comparison to previous models include a more durable and sustainable aluminium encasement, a simplified and intuitive design, and increased safety features.
The MultiCam Apex3R Evo will also be demonstrated at the US trade show, a CNC router designed for high performance and superior edge finishes. The router includes a specifically designed condensed knife system and upgraded tapping features to simplify and streamline production.
Kongsberg will be located at Booth 2200 of the show, while visitors can also discover the Kongsberg C24 in line with Digitech’s X3 printer, an IMC feeder, and telescopic stacker at Booth 3016.

OneVision Software’s AI Billboard Validation will be introduced to the US market at the PRINTING United Expo 2025.
AI Billboard Validation is designed to automate campaign evaluation and streamline communication across the out-of-home (OOH) advertising ecosystem.
The solution introduces an end-to-end solution that accelerates reporting, ensures digital proof of posting, and integrates AI-driven quality control into a single, connected platform. The technology has been developed to combine photo reporting with geocoordinates and timestamps, enabling greater efficiency and accountability.
The software also uses computer vision and AI artwork checking to automatically verify that the correct ads are displayed and detect potential quality issues.
The validation is third-party independent, with routine validations handled instantly and manual checks reportedly only required for exceptional cases, aiming to reduce administrative overhead and free up personnel.
The company will offer the new solution alongside a plethora of its other automation technologies at Booth 2737 of PRINTING United.
