IPIA sets date for key networking event
More than 130 print professionals are expected to attend the IPIA Annual Networking Lunch on June 18th in Birmingham
Fujifilm is preparing to host its Print & Pack Christmas Open House event on December 6th
Taking place at its new Customer Innovation Centre in Luton, Fujifilm will host its Christmas-themed Print-On-Demand (POD) Open House event on December 6th.
Running from 10.30am to 5.30pm, the day will showcase the manufacturer’s POD hardware solutions alongside finishing partner Vivid Laminating Technologies’ cutting and taping capabilities through its Veloblade Volta.
The POD solutions on show from Fujifilm will include the flagship Revoria PC1120 toner production press featuring an advanced print engine with 10 colours including gold, silver, white, prink, and clear.
The Revoria Press EC1100 which is ideal for fast production printing and a wide range of applications, and the Revoria Press SC180 which is designed for high-resolution printing with versatile media handing, will both also be demonstrated.
Also on show will be Fujifilm’s Revoria E1 Series for monochrome printing at up to 136ppm; the ApeosPro C Series, Fujifilm’s entry-level four-colour printer series; and XMF PressReady digital workflow and Fujifilm’s Revoria Flow digital frontend.
“The introduction and further expansion of our POD range, since the official UK launch earlier this year, has been an exciting time for Fujifilm,” says Spencer Green, head of UK POD at Fujifilm UK. “This Open House event provides a perfect festive opportunity to end the year on, and connect with existing and potential customers within the industry.”
To get visitors into the festive spirit, the event will feature minced pies and mulled wine as well as Christmas-themed competitions and festive samples and prizes.
