London Packaging Week has announced a range of new strategic partners for its 2026 event, which will return to the Excel London exhibition space on September 16th and 17th

The annual UK packaging showcase is aiming to reinforce its position as what it describes as “the UK’s leading cross-industry packaging, innovation, and policy platform,” with a programme focused on collaboration and industry ecosystem alignment.

The event has already announced over 220 confirmed exhibitors and over 90 expert speakers, with over 5700 visitors expected to attend this year’s event based on previous figures.

A major development for 2026 is the expansion of its strategic partner network, with new partners joining this year including the British Retail Consortium (BRC), Food and Drink Federation (FDF), INCPEN (Industry Council for Packaging and the Environment), Products of Change, Recoup, and the Waste and Resources Action Programme (WRAP).

Sema Tezel Basbug, head of marketing at event organiser, Easyfairs UK, says: “London Packaging Week has become a place where the most important conversations in packaging are not only happening but being shaped in real time.

“Whether you are a global brand, a specialist supplier, a policymaker, or a design-led start-up, the value lies in being part of the dialogue. The industry is moving too quickly and becoming too interconnected for anyone to operate in isolation.”

The new partnerships sit alongside long-standing partner associations including the British Printing Industries Federation (BPIF), British Plastics Federation, and PackUK.

WRAP will mark its new collaboration with London Packaging Week through a dedicated networking breakfast on Wednesday, September 16th at 9am in the VIP Lounge, bringing together senior industry voices to focus on practical progress in packaging sustainability and circular economy solutions.

London Packaging Week will also highlight the UK’s evolving regulatory landscape, including Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), with the return of a keynote speech from Esther Carter, chief strategy officer at PackUK.

Her session, titled 'Next steps for industry in the evolution of EPR', which takes place on September 16th from 11:45am to 12:10pm, will examine how the sector moves from regulatory readiness to practical delivery, as well as the alignment now required between policy ambition and commercial packaging strategy within a single shared forum.

Alongside this, the event has announced a raft of participating brands including Aldi, Amazon, Charlotte Tilbury, Disney, Fred Perry, Jo Malone, Lush, Marks & Spencer, and Mars.

London Packaging Week will take place on September 16th and 17th, 2026, at Excel London. Those wishing to attend can register on the official event website.
