London Packaging Week, an event organised by co-ordinators of Packaging Innovations & Empack, Easyfairs, is counting down until its doors open on September 11th

The event which takes place at London’s ExCeL, is a chance for a range of big brands, packaging developers, and material suppliers to gather for two days of knowledge sharing and product demonstrations.

Easyfairs predicts the event will attract over 4,500 visitors and will provide an opportunity for its 190 exhibitors to interact with buyers, creatives, and designers to find new sustainable and innovative packaging solutions.

Recently the event has emphasised the importance of sustainability, knowledge, and recognition in building up to the show as it has discussed its inaugural Innovation Awards; and its expert lineup of judges includes specialists from Nestlé, Bacardi, Kingfisher, and The Food and Drink Federation.

James Montero MacColl, senior marketing manager for Easyfairs UK, says: “We want London Packaging Week to be the event that keeps spirits high as the summer ends.

"If you've attended or exhibited in previous years, you'll know why the show has that reputation. When you combine all the biggest names in the world of packaging and D2C brands under one roof, magic happens.”

The event takes place in halls S5 and S6 of London’s ExCel and will bring together suppliers like AllPack, DS Smith, Evisosys, Dekorglass, and International Direct Packaging.

London Packaging Week says the show will also have ‘notable attendees’ from brands such as Tesco, Disney, John Lewis, Aldi, Itsu, Burberry, No7, Next, Lush, Lipton, Hello Fresh, and Selfridges & Co.

Montero MacColl says: “Everyone leaves London Packaging Week with something they can use to grow their business. Not only that, but it offers a unique platform to connect, learn, and get inspired, whether you're a packaging supplier, specifier, buyer, or designer.

“The event facilitates knowledge exchange, keeping you up to date with the latest packaging trends and technologies. So, mark your calendars and make sure you don't miss out in 2024. Our UK events are where innovation meets collaboration, and the packaging industry comes alive.”

Attendees of the show will be able to explore a new gallery of award finalists and innovative packaging solutions from the past twelve months. Visitors can register online where they can see a full list of exhibitors and presentations.
