EBB signs exclusive deal with FOLBB

UK materials supplier, Elliott Baxter & Company (EBB), has announced a new partnership with European cartonboard manufacturer, Folding Boxboard (FOLBB), to become the exclusive UK merchant and reseller of its Accurate Freeze Grease III product.

Headquartered in Germany, FOLBB produces a variety of material solutions including high-end packaging for food and pharmaceuticals.

FOLBB’s Accurate Freeze Grease III product is a fully coated, hard-sized folding GC2 boxboard featuring a fluorine-free grease barrier.

The product’s barrier technology protects packaging from moisture and unwanted grease spots, helping preserve pack integrity and visual appeal throughout the supply chain. The grease-barrier board is cited regularly for its strong conversion and gluing performance.

Based on FOLBB’s Accurate product platform, the board has been developed to deliver strong brightness, smoothness, and gloss levels, making it ideally suited for applications including dry, chilled, and frozen foods, as well as chocolate and confectionery.

Earlier this month, EBB also announced that it had begun stocking the Adestor range of self-adhesive sheets from European paper manufacturer, Lecta, with stocks of Adestor now held in EBB’s UK warehouses and available for next-day delivery nationwide.

The Adestor range includes both split-back and solid back-face materials, designed to offer converters and printers flexibility across a broad spectrum of labelling applications.
