HP unveils new DesignJet Plus technical wide-format models
HP has announced the launch of the HP DesignJet T1600 and T2600 Plus Edition printer series, which offer new software and automation enhancements for improved productivity and security
Mutoh will showcase its direct-to-object and sign and display printer ranges

On show at Mutoh’s stand at FESPA 2024 will be its entire direct-to-object (DTO) printer range in A3+, A2+, and A1+ size as well as its award-winning Mutoh XpertJet Pro series sign and display printer range.
The manufacturer will be presenting its new XpertJet 1462UF A1+ format printer which is a six-colour LED UV flatbed printer with mobile gantry. This model has a 1,420mm x 700mm table and can print onto objects up to 150mm thick.
Suited to the popular 70cm x 100cm screen printing format, Mutoh says the XPJ-1462UF will “dramatically increase the productivity of two-way multi-layer printing for a multitude of applications”. These include 2.5D DTO printing, industrial, packaging, awards, and value-added rigid displays including braille.
This machine is controlled by Mutoh’s VerteLith RIP software which includes relief printing presets and a library of over 100 different texture patterns.
Also included in this range are the award-winning XpertJet 461UF (A3+) and 661UF (A2+) models.
Mutoh will also be showcasing its award-winning Xpert Jet SR PRO sign and display printers: the XpertJet 1641SR Pro and XpertJet 1682SR Pro 64” wide models.
Both models feature Mutoh’s new AccuFine extra-wide 1600 nozzles printhead; Mutoh’s fourth-generation Intelligent Interweaving Technology, i-screen; and Mutoh’s VerteLith RIP software.
