The 2024 London Packaging Week reported over 5,000 attendees across its two days

London Packaging Week 2025 has received “unprecedented demand” for visitor passes ahead of its return to the Excel London venue this October, according to organiser, Easyfairs.

The annual exhibition for the packaging industries returns on October 15th and 16th 2025, with this edition of the show representing its 15th anniversary.

The event is set to feature more than 190 exhibitors from across the packaging industry, with representatives from luxury, beauty, drinks, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors taking part.

Speaking about the demand for registration for London Packaging Week 2025, Josh Brooks, divisional director of packaging at Easyfairs, says: “We’ve never seen momentum like this.

“Within days of registration going live, we saw a significant spike in pass requests from brand owners, procurement managers, designers, and packaging technologists across the UK and beyond. It confirms what we already knew – that the packaging community sees London Packaging Week not just as a trade show, but as the beating heart of industry innovation and connection.”

The event will see major brands including Nestlé, Marks & Spencer, Bentley, and Boots represented in three speaker zones

The 2025 programme also features over 70 speakers across three live stages, tackling a range of topics facing the industry today including sustainability and the circular economy, smart and connected packaging, regulatory change and compliance, artificial intelligence, and automation.

Notable speakers include automotive designer, Frank Stephenson, and Kevin Marshall from Microsoft, as well as senior packaging leaders from Nestlé, Marks & Spencer, Reckitt, Bentley Motors, and Boots.

The Innovation Awards Ceremony will also take place on day two of the event on the Luxury Stage, highlighting new ideas and standout solutions in packaging design, sustainability, and functionality.

Brooks adds: “This isn’t just another event – it’s a statement. It’s where business gets done, ideas are born, and the future of packaging is written.”

The exhibition was first started as Packaging Innovations & Luxury Packaging London, rebranding in 2022 to its current name and introducing a new format with four co-located exhibitions.

Each of these was tailored to highlight a specific sector: Packaging Première for luxury products, PCD for perfume and cosmetics, PLD for premium and luxury drinks, and Food & Consumer Pack for food and everyday packaging.

Packaging Innovations & Empack, also organised by Easyfairs, runs annually at the NEC Birmingham, with the next event scheduled for February 2026.
