The company says overall efficiency has been boosted by 15% following the implementation of the HP PrintOS Production Hub.

UK-based print specialist Time 2 Display has revealed how implementation of the HP PrintOS Production Hub has helped improve efficiency, visibility and control across the business.
The diversified company works across several market sectors including packaging, marketing materials and exhibition graphics, which it said made managing workflows complex for staff.
However, adopting the HP PrintOS Production Hub enabled the company to consolidate all operations into a single, connected platform, thus streamlining communication between sales, studio, and production.
“With HP PrintOS Production Hub, we now have complete visibility across the business - anyone can instantly check job status, respond to customers in real time, and make informed decisions,” says Lorraine Whitburn, managing director at Time 2 Display.
She adds: “This shift from a reactive production model to a proactive, forward-looking approach has been transformative in opening up opportunities for business growth.”
Stand-out improvements at Time 2 Display from the integration include reducing substrate waste by 22% and cutting downtime by 15%. It also notes an 80% improvement in order management and response times to customers.
In addition, overall efficiency at the company has been boosted by 15%, while enhanced analytics and reporting capabilities within the large-format software solution have delivered a 90% improvement in reporting accuracy.
Daniel Martinez, senior vice president and division president, Large-Format Printing at HP, adds: “Time 2 Display demonstrates how connected, data-driven workflows can deliver immediate and measurable business value.
“With HP PrintOS Production Hub, they’ve been able to simplify complexity, improve responsiveness, and build a more agile, efficient operation that is well positioned for future growth.”
