Print ePS acquires Avanti Systems from Ricoh

Avanti Systems, a provider of print MIS workflow solutions, has been acquired by Print ePS in a deal with Ricoh which looks to strengthens ePS’ position in the midmarket print segment.

A number of markets are served by Avanti including commercial print, publishing, education, direct mail and marketing, and manufacturing. The company’s main offering is its Avanti Slingshot Print MIS which can include core and add-on models, as well as hosting services and connectivity with a number of integration partners.

Avanti is based in Toronto, Canada, and serves hundreds of customers across the UK, USA, and Canada. Print ePS says that it helps businesses of all sizes worldwide and that this latest acquisition will help it meet growing demand for connected, automated, and scalable print MIS platforms.
