Solopress has officially launched Dock, a print fulfilment platform designed to offer a simpler way to sell print online without the need to build a full print API integration

UK-based online commercial printer, Solopress, has launched Dock, a new platform that connects online stores and sales platforms directly to the company’s production.
First unveiled at The Print Show 2026, Dock received a positive response from businesses looking for a simpler way to sell print online without building a full print API integration or moving to a separate ecommerce platform.
Dock provides hundreds of pre-built print products that users can configure, curate, and publish directly to an online storefront such as Shopify.
Customers can then choose print options, upload artwork, and use Dock's built-in artwork checker before paying at checkout. Orders are produced, packed, and dispatched by Solopress in white label packaging, allowing businesses to sell print under their own brand.
Dock caters for both entrepreneurs looking to turn content ideas into print products and established businesses that already have an audience, a website, or a sales channel.
According to Solopress, the platform allows start-ups to start selling products within hours, while existing businesses can diversify their product range in minutes in response to new opportunities.
Integration of Dock within online storefronts is free, with no setup costs or ongoing subscription fees, with the goal of reducing the technical barrier between online selling and print production.
Simon Cooper, chief executive officer at Solopress, says: “Dock is about making Solopress production easier to access for businesses that want to sell print through their own channels. Many companies already have the audience, the brand, and the customer relationship, but connecting that demand to print production has traditionally involved a lot of technical work.
“With Dock, we are giving those businesses a simpler route. Their customers can configure and order print from the website they already use, while Solopress handles the production, packing, and despatch in the background.”
Solopress also used The Print Show 2026 to launch Forge, a new trade print platform for verified printers, resellers, brokers, and print managers.
Forge has been developed to address challenges in trade print including how to quote more work, protect margins, and access supplier capacity without relying on public ecommerce product pages or exposing trade pricing.
Available only to approved trade customers, Forge gives members access to exclusive pricing that is not visible publicly. Users can apply their own margin, generate branded quotations, and order through Solopress production, using the company’s scale and capacity as an extension of their own business.
